OD Group is a leading office interiors company based in the City of London, with a focus on traditional construction and design-build services. Due to growth and new opportunities, we are expanding our team!
We are currently hiring for various roles:
* A Construction Manager working out of hours
* A Construction Manager based in Maidenhead
* A Construction Manager based in London
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Assisting the Project Director and Project Manager during the pre-construction phase, including procurement, programming, and site setup
* Monitoring construction progress, advising on modifications, and reporting project status
* Managing site setup in line with OD Group branding, H&S, and welfare standards
* Handling project documentation and records
* Participating in design review meetings to ensure buildability and budget adherence
* Coordinating with the Technical Services Manager on MEP installations
* Leading onsite subcontractor meetings focusing on progress, quality, H&S, and standards
* Building relationships with clients, consultants, and inspectors
* Managing project changes and variations in collaboration with the team
* Ensuring project compliance with QHSE protocols and ISO standards
* Overseeing project close-out to ensure client satisfaction
Skills and experience required:
* Proven track record delivering fit-out projects safely, on time, and within budget
* Team player with accountability and continuous improvement mindset
* Excellent communication skills
* Deep knowledge of building fabric and technical services
* H&S certification (minimum SMSTS)
* Strong client-facing and account management skills
* Attention to detail and good time management
* Confident and articulate personality
* Leadership and mentoring abilities
