Role Description
We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our growing team on a full-time, on-site basis in the Northampton area.
This role plays a key part in supporting the sales function, ensuring the smooth running of back-end sales processes and administration. Responsibilities include liaising with lenders on proposals, preparing and managing financial documentation, handling reporting and pay-out management, and occasional direct communication with clients.
You will work closely with both the Sales Team and Management, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the business.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in sales administration within a commercial finance brokerage or lending environment
* Strong understanding of financial products and numerical data
* High level of IT proficiency
* Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients
