Our client is seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Head of Science to join an excellent school in Bolton from April. This is a full-time leadership position, ideal for a strong practitioner with proven departmental impact and a clear vision for curriculum excellence.
The successful candidate will lead the strategic development of Science across KS3 & KS4, with strong KS5 provision. You will oversee curriculum planning, assessment and data analysis, staff development, and quality assurance, ensuring consistently high standards across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
