HR Advisor, People-Focused, Generalist Role
Location: Newcastle (Hybrid: 3 days on-site)
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (37 hours/week)
An established yet evolving organisation based in Newcastle is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to support its wider people strategy and provide high quality, day to day HR support across the business.
This role offers the chance to work closely with senior HR leadership and operational teams on a broad range of people initiatives, from employee relations to engagement, onboarding, and wellbeing.
What is involved:
1. Acting as a trusted point of contact for line managers and employees
2. Supporting with employee relations matters, including investigations and informal resolution
3. Assisting with the development and delivery of HR initiatives and projects
4. Advising on policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance
5. Taking part in shaping employee experience initiatives including wellbeing and development
6. Supporting learning, training, and internal communications
What we are looking for:
7. Previous experience in a broad HR role, ideally within a complex or multi-site organisation
8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust at all levels
9. Comfortable providing clear, practical advice on a range HR related topics
10. CIPD qualification L3/5
