About the Role
As a Revenue Protection Officer, you'll be part of a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment across our Southern Hubs — including Rugby, NRC, Nuneaton, Coventry, and Rydon. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone who's eager to learn, grow and make a difference.
We'll train you, support you, and give you the space to shape how Revenue Protection operates. You'll get hands-on experience with hub systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and help ensure parcels move accurately through key processes — keeping our network running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
1. Achieve excellent RP operational compliance across Southern Hubs, working flexibly across shifts where risks or issues arise.
2. Liaise with RP senior management and suppliers to resolve issues you've identified.
3. Perform ad-hoc audits as requested, using your observations to spot trends and gaps.
