Offer description

4OC is a Management Consultancy. We primarily work with public service delivery organisations in Health, Housing, Local and Central Government, Transport and the Third Sector.

We offer end-to-end services from working out why organisations are not functioning as well as they could, co-designing better ways of working through to implementing and embedding that change so that the ultimate service users get the very best service.

Introduction

We are looking for a motivated early-career professional to join our ‘Golden Ticket’ (Business Development) team, helping 4OC to identify, track and respond to new opportunities to work with public service organisations across UK and Ireland.

This is a varied and fast paced role that sits at the heart of how our business grows. Using your research and analytical skills you will build an understanding of our market, identify emerging opportunities, spot where our skills and experience match the needs of potential clients and support the development of bids and proposals.

You’ll work closely with people to coordinate bid responses and ensure our proposals are relevant, compelling and delivered on time. Alongside supporting bids, you’ll also contribute to wider business development and marketing activity which may include developing content, planning events, supporting campaigns and monitoring engagement.

As a central coordination point for the Golden Ticket function, you’ll help keep opportunities moving through our processes, track activity and ensure the right people are engaged at the right time.

About 4OC

When we set up 4OC 10 years ago, it was with the specific aim of supporting public service delivery organisations find better and maybe different ways of helping their patients, service users, customers and residents. Why? Because we all need good public services at some point in our lives and some, who are less fortunate, will need them more than others. Moreover, we know that those with whom we work with want to make things better and have great ideas - what we do is help turn those ideas into workable solutions.

Ways of working

We encourage the best mix of working appropriate to the work and to how people live. We are largely cloud-based so people can work from anywhere - at home, from the office, or from client sites, when required.
