We are delighted to present a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Private PA to support a warm and down-to-earth family on a part-time basis. Working four days a week, you will act as the principal’s right hand, ensuring their personal lives are exceptionally well organised and run seamlessly. This is a varied role where you will be responsible for proactive diary and inbox management, coordinating travel and holiday arrangements, making reservations, and overseeing general household and personal administration. You will also be responsible for filing and documentation with excellent attention to detail, as well as liaising with professional advisors regarding tax returns and other matters. You will manage the two properties, including overseeing contractors and any maintenance work required. As the family will soon be moving back to their recently renovated property in Brockley, you will provide full support with the move before, during, and after, helping to ease the process and reduce stress. Our clients are wonderful to work for and value a Private PA who is highly competent, trustworthy, and able to take initiative. They are seeking a self-starter who can anticipate needs, manage tasks with confidence, and ensure that nothing ever slips through the cracks. The role will be based primarily at the family’s property in Brockley, with working hours of approximately four days per week from 9am to 5pm. While the position will initially require being on-site, there will be flexibility for hybrid working once you are settled into the role. You must be self-employed, and occasional travel to their additional residence on the Kent/Surrey border will also be required, therefore candidates who can drive will be at an advantage.
