They are looking for a Head of Client Services to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. BENEFITS: Bonus scheme Discounts across multiple brands 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays Birthday off Monthly team days out THE ROLE: Oversee senior client relationships, acting as the primary contact Build partnerships with clients to understand their goals Lead all strategic planning across all client accounts Support the strategic input for new business opportunities Oversee project management frameworks to ensure campaigns are delivered on time. Continuously improve delivery processes Line manage and develop a growing team Set clear expectations and KPI's Own client forecasting, capacity planning and revenue accountability Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling ESSENTIAL: Strong, proven experience in Client Services or Account Leadership within a Social, Influencer or Digital Marketing Agency Proven track record of managing and growing high-value client accounts Strong conflict management experience and negotiation skills Demonstrated experience in strategy development and campaign management Strong commercial acumen with experience owning revenue targets or forecasts Agilis Recruitment LTD is acting as an agency on behalf of our client.
