Cleaning Supervisor Location : Gateshead Hourly rate: £13.50 per hour Working pattern will be discussed further at interview 14forty are looking for a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to help keep our operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll use your skills to maintain high cleaning standards and support your team. What You’ll Be Doing Check and store deliveries promptly and correctly Supervise and support your team, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere Act as a responsible key holder Assist with weekly paperwork and other necessary tasks Produce weekly rota's following manager guidelines Order stock to maintain correct levels Delegate tasks and ensure the team stays proactive Follow all Food Handling & Hygiene standards Comply with Health & Safety regulations What We’re Looking For Previous experience supervising a frontline team in a similar environment Good communication skills and a focus on excellent customer service A team player with a positive, can-do attitude Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive approach 14Forty Compass Group UK&I is committed to fostering an environment where every individual can truly be themselves at work and has equal opportunities to advance in their careers.
