Location: Godalming and Surrounding Areas
£150 – £211 per day | Full-time, Term-time | Immediate and January starts

I’m Farhad at Milk Education, and I’m working with a number of welcoming and supportive secondary schools across Godalming who are keen to help ECTs flourish. Whether you’ve just completed your PGCE or are finishing your induction year, this is your opportunity to teach, learn and grow in schools that truly invest in their people.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Delivering engaging and inclusive lessons across your subject specialism
2. Supporting students’ progress and fostering a positive classroom culture
3. Working alongside experienced teachers and mentors to complete your induction
4. Developing your skills in behaviour management, planning and differentiation
5. Contributing to extra-curricular activities and wider school life
What I’m Looking For
6. A Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS qualification
7. A genuine passion for teaching and supporting young people
8. A positive, reflective and proactive approach to professional development
9. Someone who’s enthusiastic, caring and committed to continuous improvement
What’s On Offer
10. £150 – £211 per day (depending on experience and subject area)
11. Full-time, term-time position (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm)
12. Mentor support and guidance throughout your ECT induction
13. Access to ongoing CPD through Milk Education
