We are looking for an experienced and proactive Google Ads & SEO specialist to manage and grow the online presence of Lot 36 Agency, a leading counselling and psychotherapy organisation based in London. Our mission is to make high-quality therapy accessible and visible to those who need it most. We’re looking for someone who understands how to ethically and effectively promote mental health services online—balancing professionalism with conversion-focused strategy. Responsibilities: Audit and optimise our current Google Ads campaigns (if applicable) Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis tailored to therapy and mental health sectors Create and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive qualified client enquiries Improve website SEO (on-page and off-page) to increase visibility and ranking Monitor and report on campaign performance with actionable insights Recommend content or blog strategies to support organic growth Ensure all campaigns comply with Google’s policies for health and counselling-related advertising Requirements: Proven track record of managing Google Ads and SEO for small businesses or service-based industries (experience in healthcare or therapy sectors is a plus) Knowledge of ethical advertising practices for mental health services Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) Excellent communication and reporting skills Ability to work independently and align campaigns with Lot 36 Agency’s tone, values, and target audience
