Whether at the pools, the libraries or other community spaces where they are needed, the presence of HDC's Kaitiaki fulfils Council’s aim to make the community feel safer. This role is responsible for preventing and deterring anti-social behaviour and crime, engaging with the community and keeping in active communication with our staff and those that use Hastings District Council facilities.
The position is part time working a minimum of 25 hours a week, including regular weekend work.
