The successful candidate will have a positive attitude to all aspects of school life and be able to work as part of a team. They will have the ability to maintain our high standards and have a firm belief in the potential of all children. The post is to support children on a one to one basis in year groups across the school who have an Education, Health and Care Plan. About You We are looking for an individual who: has experience of being a Teaching Assistant/Special Needs Assistant in a primary school; has an excellent subject knowledge of the National Curriculum; has experience of supporting children who have an Education Health and Care Plan; has excellent communication and interpersonal skills; is an exemplary Teaching Assistant/SNA; has high expectations of children s achievement and behaviour; is committed to working in close partnership with parents, Governors and the wider community.
