Come Join Our Expanding Team ~ Sales Executive for Wild Atlantic Distillery

Location: Hybrid Role/ Flexible (Ireland / NI based)

Salary: Attractive remuneration package with strong performance-based incentives


About Us

Wild Atlantic Distillery is a multi award-winning craft distillery inspired by the rugged beauty of Ireland’s northwest coast. We produce premium Irish spirits — including gins, vodkas, and Irish whiskey — using locally sourced botanicals and pure Irish spring water. Our brand reflects the wild spirit, authenticity, and craftsmanship of the Atlantic coast. As we expand our reach, we now have an opportunity for a Sales Executive to drive growth primarily across the West of Ireland territory.


The Role

We’re looking for a passionate and self-motivated Sales Executive to help us grow our brand and expand our presence across on-trade and off-trade channels. You’ll represent Wild Atlantic Distillery, building relationships with bars, restaurants, distributors, and retailers who share our love for exceptional spirits.


Key Responsibilities

* Develop and grow sales across on-trade (bars, hotels, restaurants) and off-trade (retail, wholesale) channels
* Identify and secure new business opportunities through a combination of cold-calling and using your existing contacts
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors
* Organise and host brand events, and tastings to drive brand engagement and visibility
* Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
* Deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Provide market feedback to help shape brand strategy and product development


Ideal Candidate

* Proven field sales experience, ideally within the drinks, FMCG, or proven success selling into the hospitality/on-trade & off trade sectors
* A passion for premium Irish spirits and craft distilling
* Strong territory knowledge and ability to hit the ground running
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-starter with strong organisational and negotiation abilities
* Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
* Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within assigned region
