The role involves delivering high-quality valuations and strategic advice to a range of clients including investors, developers, and lenders. Key Responsibilities Undertake valuations of student accommodation assets in line with Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors standards Prepare concise valuation reports for loan security, financial reporting, and transactions Analyse market trends including rental levels, occupancy, and supply/demand Conduct site inspections and due diligence Build financial models (e.g. DCF) and support advisory mandates Develop client relationships and contribute to business development Key Requirements Degree in Real Estate or related discipline Working towards or recently qualified MRICS Experience in valuation or student accommodation preferred Strong analytical, Excel, and report writing skills Good understanding of the UK PBSA market INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
