Hours: 8:15 - 3:15 with 45 minute lunch Salary: £25,000 pro rata = £20,833.33 Objective Responsible for making coffees, ordering stock, and general office administration tasks as well as assisting the HR Team with ad hoc tasks. R esponsibilities (key tasks and requirements of the role) Preparing and serving coffee Assisting with internal staff correspondence Ordering stock for kitchen and office supplies Organising and distributing Anniversary and Birthday gifts Providing ad-hoc support to office and other staff members and departments as needed, including organizing team events Skills and experience Barista experience - essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office Working knowledge of office equipment
