Senior HR Advisor We are working with a specialist regulatory body, based in the City, who require additional support in their HR team through to Christmas 2025.They are going through a period of change so require a senior level HR Advisor, who is CIPD qualified, to manage and support the day to day HR functions, working alongside other HR specialists. On a day-to-day basis youll be involved with: Coordinating annual and mid-year performance management Supporting low-level employee relations cases, including documentation and meeting attendance Responding to employee queries around the companys current consultation process Assisting with scheduling and documentation for consultation meetings Attend consultation meetings to support the people function Providing operational support to the HR Business Partnering team as needed Collating and maintaining management information for reporting purposes Helping to coordinate leaver processes, including documentation, final salary payments, and exit interview data as required Ensur ing HR records are accurate and compliant with UK employment law and internal governance To be successful in this role you will need at least CIPD Level 5, or above, to have worked in a Senior HR Advisor or BP capacity previously, ideally within the financial services or a regulated environments, as well as a strong understanding of UK employment law and HR processes. This contract offers a day rate equivalent to c£60,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience. The office is based within walking distance of Aldgate East, Liverpool Street and Fenchurch Street stations and hybrid working is available.
