Bennett and Game are currently recruiting for a Senior Architect to join an award-winning Architectural Practice based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Architect to progress their career within a team of technical and design-focused professionals.
Our client specialises within a variety of sectors including Residential, Workplace, Education, Community and Transport. It would be highly advantageous for the successful Senior Architect to have professional experience within a minimum of 2 sectors however this is not essential. This Chartered Practice is seeking a Senior Architect that has experience working through RIBA Stages 1 to 7, has the ability to lead teams, project running as well as have excellent technical, design and presentation skills.
Senior Architect Job Overview
1. Project Running
2. Reporting to Associates and Partners
3. Working on a range of exciting projects within the Residential, Workplace, Education, Community and Transport sectors
4. Use AutoCAD and Revit on a daily basis
5. Work throughout RIBA Stages 1 - 7
6. Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with clients
7. Chairing and documenting design team meetings
8. Design team coordination
Senior Architect Job Requirements
9. Living in or around the Birmingham area
10. Relevant Degree Qualified; 5 + Years Experience
11. Professional experience working throughout RIBA Stages 1 - 7
12. Excellent design, technical and presentation skills
13. Practical experience of using AutoCAD and / or Revit (Training Provided)
14. Experience Project Running
15. Broad range of experience within the Residential, Workplace, Education, Community and / or Transport sector
Senior Architect Salary & Benefits
16. Salary: Up to £50,000 + (DOE)
