We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and motivated Biomedical Scientist or Associate Practitioner in Histology to join our esteemed client in Maidstone, Kent. This role requires working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for executing a comprehensive range of histology tests and procedures. Your advanced expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the precision and reliability of test results, which are critical for accurate patient diagnosis and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting a broad spectrum of histology tests, maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting laboratory equipment, and ensuring strict adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations. You will analyse and interpret complex test results with a high degree of accuracy, maintain meticulous records and documentation, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver superior patient care.
Qualifications and Experience:
* HCPC registration (for Biomedical Scientist)
* Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science or a related field (for Biomedical Scientist)
* Relevant qualifications and experience in histology (for Associate Practitioner)
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Unwavering attention to detail and accuracy
* Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
