HR Advisor (£35,000 - £40,000 plus car allowance of £4,400 plus benefits)

With over 30 years of expertise, our client is a well-established provider of specialist industrial services and solutions that keep critical infrastructure and essential assets operating safely and efficiently. We are now seeking an experienced HR professional to join as a Divisional HR Advisor to join their established HR team.
In this role, you will partner with Directors and Managers to deliver effective HR solutions, manage employee relations and casework, and ensure policies are implemented in line with best practice and legislation. You will also play a key role in coaching and developing managers, while travelling across between the two sites to build strong relationships at every level of the organisation.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Providing HR and first line advice to management in relation to all employee relations matters including discipline and grievance, absence, and performance management issues
* Providing support and minute taking in investigation and disciplinary hearings
* Implementing key HR policies and associated documentation in line with current Employment Legislation and business need
* Supporting the upskilling of Managers in HR related processes
* Frequently attendance at Denholm Industrial Sites across the North/South.
* Any other duties as may be reasonably required of you as specified by the Group HR or DIS management
To succeed, you will bring proven HR advisory experience, strong knowledge of employee relations and case management, and excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Flexibility, a proactive approach, and a willingness to travel across the UK are also essential. You will be required to travel to their other site in Plymouth on a fortnightly basis and an overnight stay will be required.
