Salary: £23,492.04 FTE (CC22)
Terms & Conditions: Full Time (37 hours/52 weeks), Support Contract

About the Role
Based at our Camborne campus, we are looking to recruit an experienced individual to join our growing Wood Trades team as a Technician. This role will involve responsibility for the running of the practical environment within Carpentry, as well as supporting the delivery of high-quality practical training to learners.
As well as supporting the Wood Trades team, the Technician will also support in Setting up practical exams and supporting Wet Trades for 2 days a week in a class which is split between 16-18-year olds and adult learners.
Skills & Experience
Applicants must have a Level 2 NVQ (or equivalent) in Bricklaying/Carpentry, plus a verifiable CV of experience in the industry. They will also be keen to work towards an initial teaching qualification or a Level 3 Assessors qualification.
Hours of work
This role is on a full-time basis; 37 hours per week.
