Based: Rochester
Hourly Rate: £20.00 Paye or £26.79 Umbrella inside IR35
Hours: 37 hours Monday - Friday
Skills:
Previous HR advisor level experience
A practical knowledge of Human Resources processes and administrative procedures.
Experience of employment legislation and best practice
Confidentiality, honesty and integrity
The Job
General advisory guidance and support to functional line managers on Company processes and procedures
ER case management: experience of supporting Investigations, Absence Management, Ill Health Capability, Performance Management, this will include supporting the HR Business Partners with case work.
Facilitate new starter inductions.
Complete Interim & Exit Interviews
To produce, interpret and manage information and reports as required in order to support business requirements.
