Role: IAM Specialist with ForgeRock Expertise
Candidate should have 15+ years of experience with IT and 10-12 years of in-depth domain and technical knowledge of Identity and Access Management, with strong proficiency in ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS. Must have experience in designing, analysis, and architecture planning.
* Implementation and support experience from medium to large-scale customers across various industry verticals.
* Active role in project execution demonstrating strong technical skills.
* Understanding clients' business environments and mapping requirements into ForgeRock CIAM solutions, proactively suggesting alternatives as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Self-starter with organizational skills and teamwork orientation.
* Strong communication skills (oral and written).
* Customer-facing experience is essential.
* CISSP certification is a bonus.
* Willingness to travel.
Required Skills:
* Implementation and support of ForgeRock CIAM, IDM, AM, DS.
* Experience with LDAP concepts and directories such as Active Directory, ForgeRock Directory Services.
* Knowledge of ForgeRock deployment in high availability environments, clustering, and component setup.
* Webservices (SOAP, REST, JSON), client development, and query invocation experience.
* Customization and extension of ForgeRock components and LDAP schemas.
* Connector development and resource configuration using ForgeRock SDK.
* Creating and managing business logic, workflows, user journeys, and policies.
* Integration experience with reporting platforms, backend systems, and cloud setups (Docker, GKE, Terraform).
* Understanding of authentication protocols, OAuth, certificates, and security best practices.
Qualifications:
* 10-12 years of IAM implementation experience.
* Strong communication skills and customer-facing experience.
* CISSP certification is a plus.
* Open to travel.
