THE BUSINESS
We are excited to be supporting a key client in the food manufacturing industry in their search for an experienced Food Production Operator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable organisation that values your skills and offers long-term career prospects.
THE ROLE
9. Following SOPs to ensure that products are manufactured to the specifications outlined in documented standards.
10. Ensuring safe and efficient machine changeovers.
11. Monitoring and controlling yields, stock, and ingredients within your work area to optimise production and minimise waste.
12. Maintaining high standards of safety, hygiene, and efficiency throughout all tasks.
13. Package finished food products according to specified packaging standards.
14. Label and seal packaging correctly to prevent contamination and ensure traceability.
15. Inspect the products for defects
THE PERSON
16. Demonstrable experience in food or FMCG production environments.
17. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
18. A proactive and reliable approach to work, with a strong focus on teamwork and communication.
19. Able to work shifts
20. Must be able to read/write and understand English – also pass an inhouse English test
