As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils in classroom activities and learning tasks. Assist teaching staff in delivering lessons and monitoring pupil progress. Work 1:1 or with small groups to provide tailored support. Encourage pupils’ independence, confidence, and engagement. Support pupils’ social and emotional development. Uphold safeguarding, behaviour, and school policies at all times. Requirements for the role: Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable. A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
