Building a sustainable tomorrow At BAM UK&I, we have a maternity cover for a Creative Designer position within our Client Accounts & Marketing team. You will be involved in the development and production of creative collateral, in line with brand guidelines, to support our account-based marketing, client collateral and events. Content will vary from bespoke value propositions and presentations to infographics and event branding. Your team BAM operates a flexible working policy This is a maternity cover position, running from November 2025 to January 2027. Please note: Our head office will be relocating from Camberley to Farnborough in 2026. Making Possible Your role as Creative Designer will focus on the production of bespoke creative collateral to support our account-based marketing and events. Working with our Marketing & Content Leads and Content Writers, you will support the development of all branded marketing collateral from the Client Accounts & Marketing team. Content will vary from bespoke value propositions and presentations to infographics and event branding. The role will involve a close working, collaborative relationship with the Communications and Graphics teams to ensure consistency across all client touch points. Your key responsibilities will include: Working closely with the marketing team to support the development of engaging and effective marketing content, aligned to our strategy Supporting the broader team, client-facing roles and BAM leaders with graphics requirements Supporting the development of resources to drive awareness/engagement and develop our client relationships, including client value propositions, marketing material for events, presentations, infographics and social media content Advising the Client Accounts & Marketing team on using graphic design to enhance documents, communicate clearly and differentiate us through branding Advising and supporting with final formatting of collateral Being a brand ambassador and bringing others along on the journey to sell the company better Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Communications and Graphics, to ensure alignment of branding What do you bring to the role? Proven skills in a graphics, branding or content role - including involvement working with business leaders and clients Strong skills using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat & Premier Pro) and MS packages with examples to demonstrate Knowledge of current trends in graphics and marketing Understanding of corporate branding and copyright Formal degree-level (or equivalent) qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing or related subject (not essential) Good knowledge of the infrastructure contracting sector (not essential) Whats in it for you?
