About THG Luxury - The Luxury department manages four websites across the THG portfolio - Coggles, Allsole, MyBag and the flagship facia theHut.com. The Brand portfolio across the sites range from accessible through to high end Luxury. One of the smallest teams in THG, this is a busy, fast-paced environment with each team member actively involved with driving the success of the division. About the role - We are looking for an exceptional buyer's admin assistant to work with our current team to help support across all administrative buying duties and added support on the supply chain process. The ideal BAA is someone who can show initiative, energy and bring enthusiasm into the team. The successful candidate will need to enjoy and thrive from working in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure. Duties and Responsibilities: Managing PO's- Setting products up on the system before the delivery window opens and raising the PO. Updating the line sheet and budget sheet with information. Tracking all info correct with the brand to ensure undisrupted stock flow Chasing deliveries- Weekly chase of all brands to book in the current season stock. Reporting any potential delays or issues where the brand may not have delivered and resolving to receipt product as quickly as possible. Studio picks- Daily management of the Goods In Report to pick products which have arrived to go to the studio to be photographed and made Live on relevant site. Merchandising website lists/Edits- Merchandising new in to the top of brand lists/product type lists. Keep edits up to date- trends, occasions etc. Discrepancies- Working with the warehouse and merchandising team to resolve warehouse discrepancies. Assist in trade meeting pack creation Support trade and marketing teams with sample requests for seasonal campaign shoots Provide administrative support to the buying team covering all issues/queries Carrying out regular comparative shopping exercise to develop and maintain knowledge of the current market place. Any Additional ad-hoc tasks Skills Required - A love for fashion and be interested in the market at large Strong commercial awareness Ability to multitask in a fast-paced buying office Show initiative, highly motivated and can work independently. Flexible and open to change business develops Organised & efficient. High level of attention to detail.
