Base pay range
Hourly Rate: £13.16 - £13.87 + benefits
Responsibilities
* Deliver and maintain a high standard of personal care to residents in accordance with their needs and desired outcomes.
* Help promote mental and physical activity of residents through talking to them, taking them out, engaging with activities such as reading, writing, hobbies and other social activities and recreations.
* Welcome and assist residents and visitors, referring them to the person in charge where necessary.
* Ensure residents physical environment meets their needs and meet the personal care needs of residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence.
Qualifications
• Prior experience desirable but not needed. We will give you all the training you need to be successful in this role.
