A well-established college in Harrow is seeking an experienced Health & Social Care Lecturer to join their team. This role is ideal for a dynamic educator with a strong professional background in nursing and experience teaching T Level Health pathways.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging lessons across Health & Social Care courses, including T Levels
* Draw upon professional nursing experience to enrich teaching and learning
* Support students through effective assessment, feedback, and guidance
* Contribute to curriculum planning and quality assurance processes
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance learner experience and outcomes
Requirements
* Professional background in nursing
* Experience teaching or delivering T Level Health content
* Strong subject knowledge across Health & Social Care
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A commitment to student success and inclusive teaching
