The Role:
You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault finding, and repairing a range of commercial heating systems across sites including schools, hospitals, council buildings, and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fault finding, servicing, and repair of commercial heating systems, boilers, pumps, valves, and plant room equipment
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance, annual servicing, and safety inspections
* Installation and commissioning of commercial gas equipment
* Completing job sheets and associated paperwork accurately
* Maintaining high health & safety standards at all times
* Providing a professional service to customers on-site
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 / City & Guilds qualification or equivalent
* ACS Commercial Gas qualifications
* Proven experience working on commercial heating systems
* Strong plumbing and mechanical knowledge
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work independently xsngvjr and as part of a team
Desirable Experience:
* Oil systems
* Catering equipment
* Electrical or BMS knowledge
* Renewable technologies / heat pumps
