The Role
* Teaching small classes with additional adult support
* Delivering creative and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
* Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
* Working closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and SEN specialists
* Creating a positive, structured classroom environment where pupils feel safe and supported
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience working with SEN pupils (in mainstream or specialist settings)
* A patient, flexible, and nurturing approach
* Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills
* A genuine passion for inclusive education
