Role Overview As a Dietitian, you will work within the Eating Disorder Unit, playing a key role in the nutritional assessment and recovery process of patients. You will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to implement s care plans and support the nutritional needs of patients, focusing on those with eating disorders. Key Responsibilities: Nutritional Assessments: Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients, identifying deficiencies and dietary challenges, particularly for those with eating disorders. Meal Planning: Develop and implement s meal plans tailored to support patients' recovery, addressing both medical and psychological needs. Education and Counseling: Provide education and counseling to patients and families about balanced nutrition, healthy eating behaviors, and strategies for relapse prevention. Collaborative Care: Work closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and medical staff to create integrated, holistic treatment plans for patients. Monitor and Adjust: Track patient progress, adjusting nutrition interventions as needed to support ongoing recovery and manage complications.
