Role Overview: As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes when teachers are absent, ensuring students remain engaged with pre-prepared lesson plans and resources. Key responsibilities include: Supervising and managing student behaviour across KS3 and KS4 Delivering pre-prepared lesson content and ensuring students follow instructions Supporting students with learning as needed, maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere Reporting any issues, progress, or concerns to teaching staff promptly Assisting with school routines, including break supervision and corridor duties Being a reliable, consistent presence within the school community Ideal Candidate: Experience working with young people, preferably in schools or educational settings Confident in classroom management, establishing authority calmly and respectfully Able to follow lesson plans and provide clear instructions to students Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and collaboratively Flexible and adaptable to the varying demands of a school environment Why Work With Us?
