The main purpose of the role is to contribute in delivery of business objective to both internal and external customers following customer service guidelines and philosophy. Suitable candidates must be certified in insurance (or equivalent) as a minimum examination qualification (i.e. CII) or working towards one. Mathematics and English language GCSE grades A to C (or equivalent) as a minimum examination qualification. The ideal candidate must have general knowledge and understanding of personal insurance theory and practice. Candidates must have an awareness of the current personal insurance market and understanding of sales, cross-selling and negotiation to obtain and retain business.
