We are looking for an IT/Systems Project Manager who is keen to take on a 2-year contract role. This will report directly to the Managing Director and Financial Controller. You will be responsible for the project management, specification, design and implementation of a new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) infrastructure.
The legacy system was implemented in 2014 on an ERP package called Tropos, and the objective of the projects is to replace Tropos while also futureproof the ERP and system infrastructure with a cloud-based SaaS.
The scope of the project is to implement a future systems infrastructure that can deliver their visions and values to achieve innovation with the same great quality. You’ll be working with a cross functional team of around 15 people who will be committed in various areas from finance to sales to quality to support in the delivery of the project.
Main responsibilities:
* Alignment to their mission, vision and values
* Project management of the futureproofing project
* Curation, design and deployment of project management tools
* Organization and scheduling of project meetings, minutes and output actions
* Engaging, filtering and selecting software and hardware vendors with the systems committee
Experience:
* Project Management experience
* Examples of previous successful systems implementations
* FMCG industry experience is Essential
* Project Management Qualifications (desirable)
* Experience working with Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, Odoo or other leading enterprise systems (desirable)
Package:
* Salary of circa £65,000 (DOE)
* 20 days + 8 bank holidays
