You’ll be assisting with the end-to-end delivery of some of the Data Analytics work carried out by the Data and MI team, ensuring the most appropriate Data Analytics solutions are identified and delivered. The team works closely with internal stakeholders at all levels across the easyJet Holidays business on multiple transformation projects and is responsible for developing innovative bespoke solutions to the complex business problems.
What will you be doing
* Ensure the most appropriate Data Analytics solutions are identified and delivered.
* Compile, integrate, and analyse data from multiple sources to answer business questions.
* Analyse results and make recommendations to improve customer experience and business performance.
* Contribute to the majority of the Data Analytics Project Lifecycle.
* Conceptualise, formulate, prototype and implement Data Analytics solutions to solve business problems.
* Understand and monitor data quality to improve confidence in the data used for analysis.
What you’ll bring to the team
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills with demonstrated experience using data to drive business decisions in a commercial setting
* Proven experience using SQL to an advanced level
* Proven experience with business intelligence/data visualisation tools (such as Tableau, ThoughtSpot, PowerBI)
* Experience with ETL/ELT tooling e.g. AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Airflow, dbt etc, would be preferable
* Good knowledge of the AWS stack, including Redshift would be preferable
* Experience with Salesforce would be desirable
* Delivery mind-set, particularly when executing under challenging circumstances
* Experience of working in cross functional teams and projects
* Great at understanding stakeholder requirements, creating a clear benefit case, and delivering data driven transformation/change.
* Able to marry up business need and analytical delivery, while confident and credible in explaining own analyses
* Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic and changing organisation
