About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, adaptable, and reliable Primary Supply Teacher to work across a range of mainstream schools throughout Warwickshire and Coventry. This role is ideal for a dedicated educator who thrives on variety, can quickly integrate into new environments, and is confident teaching across all primary year groups. The role provides flexibility, allowing personal diary management and a variety of bookings.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with each school’s plans
* Adapt quickly to different school environments, policies, and expectations
* Teach across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 as required
* Maintain a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with each school’s policies
* Respond to bookings at short notice and be ready to travel across Warwickshire and Coventry
* Provide feedback to school staff on student progress where required
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching in mainstream primary settings across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
* Strong classroom management and organisational skills
* High level of flexibility, reliability, and responsiveness
* Ability to adapt confidently to different school policies and procedures
* Willingness and ability to travel across Warwickshire and Coventry
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
