Are you passionate about developing innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and maximize return on investment? We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Consultant ARIS to join our dynamic team in Saarbrücken. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful results for our clients to accelerate the Time-to-value.
Essential Functions
Design and implement use-case specific ARIS assets to improve customer experience
Collaborate closely with product management, professional services, UX experts, RnD, and global support teams
Configure and customize ARIS Portal, including role-based access, dashboards, and content sharing.
Build and optimize ARIS Process Mining models, integrating data from ERP systems and other data sources for advanced process analytics.
Design and implement workflows using ARIS Governance.
Create custom reports, macros, queries, and semantic checks to address specific client requirements.
Develop dashboards in ARIS for process transparency and performance monitoring.
Implement solutions integrating ARIS with third-party systems like SharePoint, SAP, and document management platforms.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or a related field
5+ years of experience of developing customized solutions for ARIS in an enterprise environment
Proficiency in web application development using technologies such as XML, CSS, SQL, REST interfaces, and web services
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of UX design principles
