Customer Service Advisor – Stockport

Responsibilities
* Deal with around 30 calls per day, as well as branching out into live chat, social media and emails.
* Focus on helping customers, particularly vulnerable customers; empathy and understanding will be shown in all interactions.
* Floor walk, assist new starters, coach and become our next Team Leader.
* You’ll have the opportunity to move into our Senior Team within 6 months and, in some cases, into our banking division gaining banking expertise.
