Key Responsibilities:
* Lead audit assignments across a diverse portfolio of corporate entities, including OMB and listed businesses.
* Manage audits from planning through to completion, ensuring all work meets the firm’s rigorous quality standards and aligns with client expectations.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during fieldwork, offering guidance and resolving complex issues.
* Supervise, mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
* Review statutory financial statements and conduct technical research when required.
* Collaborate with partners to identify additional client needs and explore opportunities for advisory services.

Requirements
Audit Manager - Top 15 Practice Maidstone £55,000-£70,000
* ACA/ ACCA qualified or nearly qualified
* Extensive audit experience, working within a Practice environment
* Confident and comfortable providing exceptional client service and delivery
