The Role
A leading waste management and recycling company seeks dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join its call centre team in Coventry. In this role, you will be our customers' first point of contact, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for upselling, and the ability to analyse customer needs effectively.
Duties
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
* Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
* Assist customers with order bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
* Handle complaints and professionally resolve issues.
* Upsell additional products or services where appropriate.
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Conduct data entry tasks to ensure customer information is up to date.
* Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred, ideally with another waste management or recycling company
* Excellent command of the English language
* Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
* Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
* A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in taking bookings or upselling waste management services is an advantage
