Role Description
This hybrid role is primarily based in Coventry, with opportunities to work from home periodically. As a Business Development Executive, you will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through lead generation, managing client relationships, and building new accounts. Key responsibilities include developing strategies to expand business partnerships, nurturing prospects, and maintaining effective communication to meet sales targets & KPI's.
Candidate Requirements
Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to actively identify and secure new opportunities
Excellent Business acumen with creative & strategic thinking and market analysis abilities
Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
Proactive attitude with the ability to work within a hybrid workplace environment
Experience within an event or exhibitions industry is advantageous, but NOT a necessity
Experience in KPI-lead sales
