As a Catering Supervisor your responsibilities will include: Preparing and cooking freshly made meals for pupils including conveying to another site Planning and controlling all aspects of the service keeping the kitchen clean & tidy Costing, stocktaking and keeping appropriate records using Saffron and IT skills I Learning and Oracle Staff training To maintain a menu with balanced diets and allergen control To be aware of the care users' needs and dietary preferences.
