What we’re looking for: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service – essential. QTS Qualified – essential Previous experience working in a school setting, ideally with SEN exposure. A confident, proactive approach to managing classrooms and engaging learners. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering engaging lessons to students with varying needs and abilities Supporting pupils with moderate SEN needs to access the curriculum effectively. Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Fostering a safe, supportive and encouraging learning environment Providing feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and engagement.
