We are looking to recruit a full time support worker to work within our domiciliary support service. The individual identified for this role must be able to communicate well in English or Welsh, both in writing and oral form.

The role
The role of a Domiciliary Support Worker entails working with individuals in their own homes and providing some companionship and personal care support if required for both adults and children.
Support could be anything from taking clients out in the community for a set number of hours or assisting them to return to doing things for themselves following hospitalisation or offering assistance with nutrition and meal preparation.
You will be given the opportunity to shadow other support staff and see what they do and how they carry out tasks.
We conduct full DBS, Right to work and reference checks. We pay mileage including bonuses for commitment to the role. We pay above the national living wage for your age and full induction and training will be provided. You will receive a uniform, ID badge and full PPE for your role.
Depending on how many hours you are looking to work, we have hours starting from 12 to 35hrs, with a view to gradually increase if you wish, based on whether you are prepared to work flexibly.
We are a Licensed Sponsor company based in North Wales and all applicants for this post must live local and be willing to commute.
