Workshop Operative – North Norwich
Contract Personnel are looking for experienced Workshop Operatives to join a growing manufacturing business-based North of Norwich City Centre.
How does the day-to-day look?
* Constructing, assembling and finishing precision-engineered products using both hand and power tools
* Working on complex builds requiring engineering knowledge and technical aptitude
* Fabricating sub-assemblies for sophisticated product ranges
* Collaborating with CAD designers and workshop management on innovative solutions
* Maintaining exceptional quality standards throughout the production process
You will have:
* Basic engineering experience, e.g. cabinet/kitchen building or window industry experience.
* Previous experience with hand/power tools in manufacturing environment
* Ability to read from engineering drawings
* Team player with excellent communication skills
Schedule: Monday to Friday 07:00 - 18:00
15 min break 10:30am, 30 min break 1pm, 15 mins break 3pm
Salary: £12.26pm - £12.43ph starting, progressing to £12.88ph
