As Copywriter across the Premier Inn and hub by Premier Inn brands, you’ll be responsible for developing innovative concepts and delivering exceptional creative campaigns across digital, social, print and advertising channels. Working in the Creative team, you’ll support the Design Manager in bringing our brands to life with compelling copy and ideas. What You’ll Be Doing Lead the Tone of Voice (TOV) and copywriting for all Leisure brand and marketing communications, taking briefs from Brand Marketing and Proposition teams. Own the full creative process — from initial ideas and research through to developing concepts, presenting copy, and delivering final outputs. Conduct market and competitor research to inform creative direction and ensure our brands remain relevant and competitive. Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent TOV, clear brand values, and strong engagement across all channels and teams. Collaborate with stakeholders and partner agencies, presenting concepts and guiding them through the creative process.
