Archer Resourcing has a great new Family Support Worker position available in Staffordshire.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join our team in Staffordshire, contributing to providing support to individuals in need to ensure positive wellbeing. As a Family Support Worker, you will offer care and guidance to families experiencing difficulties or going through challenging times.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Supporting families to access Family Hubs, community support groups, universal offers, and entitlements
* Delivering evidence-based and practice-based interventions, targeted group work, and digital interventions
* Undertaking Targeted Outreach Visits from the monthly list provided by Staffordshire County Council
* Working alongside volunteers to identify activities to support families
Requirements:
* Minimum of 1+ years in a similar role
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
* Enhanced DBS within the last 12 months; applicants on the update service may be fast-tracked through our recruitment process
