Hildren's development?The children's daily diet is highly important to us and a lot of our education revolves around where our food comes from and promoting healthy eating in our settings. There will also be opportunities to work with the children in the form of cooking classes.We are looking for just the right person, so you'll need to be:Independent & dynamic – able to run your kitchen using your initiative and time management skillsGood communicator and team player – working as an important part of our teamExtremely clean and organised in your work spacePassionate about preparing fresh, balance and yummy meals and snacks for the childrenAble to bring new ideas to the table, ensuring our menu's are up to date and innovativeHard working and a team playerExperiences with allergy and dietary requirementsAble to oversee all kitchen/catering administration within the nursery.Essential for the role:Previous relevant experienceLevel 2 or 3 Food Hygiene qualificationKnowledge of HACPP & COSHHExperience of catering for individuals with allergies
