Data Performance Analyst
Chester
£37,414 - £39,383 per year
35 hours per week – Monday to Friday
We are looking for a Data Performance Analyst to join our Compliance team based in Chester. As Data performance Analyst you will run performance reports and analyse trends to report back to the Head of Operations.
The role of Data Performance Analyst will include:
* Monitoring, investigating and correcting compliance data to ensure that the wider team are operating with the most accurate information
* Running weekly invoicing analysis and communicating this to the wider team to help set priorities
* Identifying any issues with regards to data sets, maintenance plans and works orders, which could affect performance
* Assisting the team with data requirements such as workload trackers for servicing and remedials works, analysis on planned and future servicing and spreadsheet requirements (vlookups, pivot tables, data manipulation)
* Finding solutions to day-to-day issues, to help streamline performance
* Reviewing exception reports on a regular basis to assist with compliance performance and implement improvement to streamline the service
* Working on adhoc projects as and when required
Skills and experiences:
* Previous experience in a similar role where addressing data quality issues, investigating and identifying root causes and delivering effective solutions were involved in daily tasks is essential
* Experience of supporting SAP based information systems and upgrades
* Ability to develop solutions in line with business strategies whilst meeting business and user needs
* Working knowledge of producing progress reports and management information, including making recommendations for changes needed to ensure delivery
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Being an advanced user in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook with the ability to complete complex data reporting, analysis and modelling is essential
